Set a primary dispatcher for streamlined communication and accountability.

Use the custom ‘Notes Type’ field to categorize and detail specific notes relevant to dispatches.

Customize columns in the same intuitive manner as the Load Listings page, ensuring consistency across the platform.

Click “Create New” to initiate a new assignment.

Fill out the required fields for Driver, Co-Driver, Truck, and Trailer, as well as any pertinent unit notes.

Employ filters to view listing views or locate specific drivers, trucks, and trailers, along with their status.

Find the “Gross Report” icon next to “Create New.”

View comprehensive gross reports for all drivers by dispatcher including revenue totals and averages per mile.

Easily identify unassigned drivers, trucks, and trailers at the top of the page.

Ensure new hires are processed from ‘pending’ to ‘active’ status and matched with the right equipment.
