Open positions:

Customer Support Specialist
Location: Remote

Hours: 7:00 AM – 4:00 PM CST
We are looking for Customer Support Specialists to join our growing ACCUR8 TMS team. As the first point of contact for our customers, you will play a key role in ensuring they feel supported and confident using our platform.

Responsibilities:

  • Communicate with customers via live chat and short video calls.
  • Guide users through the ACCUR8 TMS platform and answer their questions.
  • Assist with on boarding new customers, helping them get set up and comfortable.
  • Provide friendly, clear, and timely support to resolve issues.

Requirements:

  • Basic knowledge of the transportation industry (trucking, logistics, dispatch, etc.).
  • Strong communication skills and customer-first attitude.
  • Basic computer skills (navigating software, chat tools, video calls).
  • Ability to work independently in a remote environment.
