By using the Accur8 platform or submitting contact information through our site or services, you consent to receive communications from Accur8, including:
- One-on-one and broadcast SMS or MMS messages from support, onboarding, or account representatives
- Operational voice calls, which may include messages via dialer or AI-assisted systems in the future
- Email messages related to onboarding, demos, support, billing, product updates, and marketing (if opted in)
- System-generated notifications triggered by account events (e.g., status updates, alerts, warnings)
- In-app chat or messaging through Accur8 mobile or web applications
- Push notifications delivered through Accur8 mobile apps
- Live or embedded chat widgets on our website or platform

If you are an Accur8 client using our platform to communicate with your own drivers, contractors, or customers, you are responsible for:

- Providing a method for opt-out from SMS, email, or voice communications initiated through the Accur8 system
7. Recordkeeping and Compliance
Accur8 stores logs of outbound communications initiated by our system or support team. We do not sell personal data. Consent withdrawal requests are honored promptly.
8. Carrier Disclosures
Message and data rates may apply depending on your mobile provider plan. We do not guarantee SMS/MMS delivery due to carrier and regional limitations.
